Your feet are an important part of your body. They carry you around tirelessly from A to B, yet they are often neglected until something untoward happens. This is why it is essential to prioritize foot care and give your feet the attention they deserve and need.

Most people understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. However, not many people make the connection between good foot care and overall good health. Footwear is supposed to protect your feet from external harm and cushion your weight comfortably. Properly fitted footwear should feel comfortable and fit the shape of your feet. You should feel no friction from the top of your shoes on your toes, and the distance between your longest toe and the end of your shoe should be around half an inch. When testing out a pair, make sure your heels stay in place inside the shoes. 

Wear Appropriate Footwear
